Delete Your TrackDad Account

Effective date: July 20, 2026

You can permanently delete your TrackDad account and all associated data directly from within the app — no need to contact support.

How to delete your account

1. Open the TrackDad app and make sure you're signed in.
2. Tap the Settings icon.
3. Tap Account.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

If you're unable to access the app (for example, you're locked out of your device), email lotharwebdev@gmail.com from the address associated with your account and we'll process the deletion manually.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your account and sign-in credentials
• Your transactions, categories, tags, budgets, and recurring transactions
• Your lists, including shared lists you created (lists shared with others may remain visible to other members, minus your individual contributions)
• Your app preferences (currency, voice language, appearance settings)
• Your device push notification token

What may be retained, and for how long

Your personal data and financial records are deleted within 30 days of account deletion, except where we're required to retain limited records to comply with a legal obligation or resolve an active dispute. Subscription and purchase records may be retained by Apple or Google independently of TrackDad, under their own respective policies, since payments are processed entirely through the App Store or Google Play.
